Modern Body Suspension:

"Modern Body Suspension" or "MBS" is a progressive Vancouver-based body suspension team dedicated to educating and sharing safe and experienced ritual practices. These practices include hook suspensions, energy pulls, cheek skewering, body piercing, and more. We offer years of experience with all types of body rites, suspensions & pulls; including vertical, horizontal, inverted, tandem and modified suspensions, energy pulls, spinning beams, etc.

MBS originated to bring the opportunity to people in modern day society to experience these ancient rituals and rites of passage in a progressive and safe atmosphere.

MBS strives to be the perfect illustration of how body suspension has evolved from it's primitive roots to a progressive maturation in today's Western world.

Safety is paramount, the latest information is necessity. This is always the bottom line.

SIDESHOW & PERFORMANCES:

MBS offers versatile sideshow and performance acts to meet any budget, awe any crowd and fill any venue. MBS has performed with The Great Orbax Sideshow, The Lizardman, The Enigma and many more. Our performances are generally edgy and not for the faint of heart. Book us for your convention or special event now!

EVENTS & SEMINARS:

MBS facilitates seminars, workshops and rituals; both public &
private. These rituals can be organized indoors or outdoors. MBS is
mobile and available to travel and host events worldwide. Past event

FEES:

All private rituals facilitated by MBS are non-profit. All fees
incurred from seminars and rituals are used for re-stocking supplies,
venue rentals, upgrading and maintaining equipment, web site costs,
etc.

MEMBERS:

MBS was founded by Russ Foxx in 2004, but has since fluorished into
many members and affiliates, ranging from professional piercers to
suspension enthusiasts. We are always accepting of new members and can
often offer chances to witness a ritual before indulging yourself in
your own spiritual experience.
